Moustache bikes Samedi 27/9FS race
“An electric mountain bike? That’s for lazy riders!” That was our initial reaction in any case. And if that’s what you still believe, we strongly encourage you to pedal your way to one of our dealers or test centers now and discover the potential that these bikes have. Thanks to the central Bosch Active or Performance motor, the bike’s capacities are multiplied infinitely. You can climb up (almost) as fast as you can ride back down…and as anyone who has ever tried it knows, downhill riding is a true sport, both physically and mentally.
With the Samedi 27/9 and the Samedi FS27/9, we’re also debuting our differentiated wheel diameter concept, which increases performance by offering the advantages of both 29” and 27.5” wheels. The 29” front wheel increases comfort and grip, and will help you clear any obstacle as it seemingly floats over tricky roots and large rocks. The 27.5” rear wheel optimizes the electric pedal assistance by maintaining a high torque level and assures quick accelerations. The chainstays are also shorter for a nimble, fun bike that’s easy to handle in all circumstances – everything that we love about Moustache bikes!
This new concept is so innovative that we actually hesitated before adding it to the collection, afraid that the bike would be totally misunderstood…but the first tests were so convincing that we couldn’t even remember why we hesitated in the first place. Now it’s your turn to take it for a spin!
